Candlelit Rest & Restore

Join us for a 90-minute candlelit restorative experience with the intention of settling the body, calming the mind, and restoring balance to the nervous system.
This workshop will incorporate long held postures, bringing the body into a state of comfort and ease.

Once settled in, what a better way to compliment this experience than with a sound healing meditation. Participants will experience the frequencies, tones, and rhythms of a variety of drums, chimes, crystals, and Himalayan bowls. A truly unique experience.
Kids Yoga Summer Series!

A fun and engaging Kids Yoga Summer Series designed to help children (ages 5–12) explore movement, breathing, and mindfulness through play, stories, and simple yoga practices.
Each class combines yoga poses, games, and relaxation techniques to help kids build strength, focus, confidence, and calmness in a supportive and non-competitive environment.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
Weekly Themes
- Week 1: Body Awareness & Breath
- Week 2: Animal Adventure Yoga
- Week 3: Superhero Strength & Confidence
- Week 4: Calm Mind & Kind Heart
What Kids Will Learn:
