PERINATAL YOGA with Danni Zhao

Sundays 11:00am – 11:45am
May 3rd – May 31st
Join us at Free Living Yoga for Mommy & Me, a gentle movement series thoughtfully designed for moms in the postpartum period to attend with their pre-crawling babies. This supportive class blends yoga-inspired movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindful flow to help rebuild strength, release tension, and restore a sense of calm in both body and mind—while nurturing a deeper connection with yourself, your baby and other moms.

Our Full May Circle registration includes a special gathering on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10th—an intentional space to honor the perinatal journey in all its forms. For those who prefer flexibility, Single Day offerings are also available, allowing you to join for individual sessions that best support your needs.
