A candlelight yin yoga class offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and finding inner peace. The soft flicker of candlelight creates a warm and inviting ambiance, allowing participants to relax and escape from the busyness of daily life.

In this class, practitioners engage in gentle, restorative poses held for longer durationsβ€”typically three to five minutes. The focus is on stretching the deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation, making it ideal for reducing stress and enhancing flexibility.
