Adult Ballet Series

Ever dreamed of moving with the grace of a ballerina? Or maybe you took ballet as a child and want to return to it. This four-week Adult Ballet Series, led by Holly Jahn, introduces the fundamentals of ballet in a supportive environment, helping you develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and poise.

Schedule:

Mondays, March 31 – April 21

6:30 – 7:30 PM

What to Expect:

Ballet barre exercises

– Stretching for flexibility and mobility

– Center work and across-the-floor movement

– Choreography to bring it all together

– Options for all levels, from beginners to those with prior experience

This class is open to all, with modifications available for those looking for an extra challenge. Ballet offers benefits beyond the studio, improving balance, confidence, and graceful movement in everyday life.

Pricing:

4-week series: $99

Single drop-in: $35

No special ballet shoes required—socks or bare feet work fine. Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Join us for this opportunity to reconnect with ballet in a fun and welcoming space.

Restorative Yoga for Chakras

Join Michele Conrad & Alison Koblin for a transformative journey through the seven chakras. This special class will guide you into deep relaxation as you explore your energetic and emotional bodies.

Restorative postures will be fully supported with props and enhanced by the soothing aroma of essential oils. As you settle into each pose, the coordinating crystal bowl will be played to harmonize and balance your energy centers, leaving you feeling open, refreshed, and deeply restored.

This class will take you through each of the seven chakras, allowing you to tap into your energetic and emotional bodies. Restorative postures will be supported with props and essential oils to move your body into deep relaxation. During each pose, the coordinating crystal bowl will be played leaving you feeling open and balanced.

Chakra-Based Yin Yang Yoga

Experience a harmonious blend of movement and stillness in this Chakra-Based Yin Yang Yoga class with Sarah Rusin & Glenda Trujillo. This unique practice combines the dynamic, flowing movements of Yang Yoga to awaken energy and build strength, with the deep, meditative stillness of Yin Yoga to release tension and restore balance.

It is designed to align with the seven chakras, guiding you through breathwork, mudras, postures, and mindfulness techniques that activate and balance your body’s energy centers. We’ll begin with an energizing Yang flow to stimulate circulation and vitality, followed by grounding Yin poses that promote relaxation and deep connective tissue release.

This class is perfect for all levels, offering a holistic approach to physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and deeply connected to your inner self.

 

Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses

Join paws with us for a unique and heartwarming yoga class at Fly Free Living Yoga in Skillman, NJ. Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses combines the joy of yoga with the cuddles of adorable rescue puppies and dogs from One Step Closer Animal Rescue (OSCAR).
 
Event Highlights:
– 45-Minute Yoga Class: Certified Fly Free Living yoga instructors will lead a mixed-level yoga session while rescue puppies and dogs roam freely, providing cuddles and puppy kisses.
– 15-Minutes of Snuggles: After yoga, enjoy a “snuggasana” session with the pups
 
Tickets:
Advance Purchase: $47.50
At the Door: $50 (space permitting)
 
A portion of all ticket proceeds will be donated to OSCAR. In addition, a portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to The Dogtopia Foundation. The Dogtopia Foundation enables dogs to positively change our world by supporting very worthy causes, such as providing service dogs for veterans in need, funding youth literacy programs, and providing employment initiatives for adults with autism. 100% of your donation is given directly to the organizations we support. Dogtopia of Montgomery’s current goal is to raise $6,000 to sponsor their 9th service dog for a deserving local veteran.
Fly Free Living Yoga will be holding a supply drive for OSCAR at this event. Any participant who brings a supply donation will recieve a free class pass for a future class at Fly Free Living Yoga! OSCAR is in need of dry puppy food, soft dog treats, bleach, laundry detergent, peanut butter, pine sol, dog leashes, contractor garbage bags, and poo bags.

Bring Your Own Mat: Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
Limited Space: Space is limited, so order your Pawssport today!
 
– Respecting The Rescue: The only dogs allowed on the class floor will be the rescue and no food or treats will be allowed on the class floor.
– Spectators are NOT Allowed: To ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of participants and event staff/volunteers.
– Event Participants: The recommended age is 12+ to attend the class, however, children who are able to behave appropriately in a yoga class are welcome with a legal guardian. 
 
We ask all event attendees to have a great time while remaining respectful of those around them.
