Prenatal Yoga Series

✨ Prenatal Yoga Series ✨
📅 February 24 –March 24
🕕 Wednesdays at 6 PM (1 hour)

5-week Prenatal Yoga Series🤰🏽Nourish yourself in pregnancy and prepare to welcome your baby! This prenatal yoga series works to enhance and empower the birthing parent’s experience of pregnancy on all levels. We will focus on calming the mind through breathwork and meditation in addition to increasing strength and flexibility, which can alleviate common prenatal discomfort, helping participants prepare the body for labor and birth. This practice will emphasize embracing your divine feminine strength and wisdom, trusting our intuition and body, and deeply connecting with baby.

Each session will also create an opportunity to build community support, sharing any questions, specific aches, concerns, and excitement about this beautiful time.

Some key benefits of prenatal yoga include:

•Improved posture: Helps counteract the changes in posture that occur as the body adjusts to pregnancy.
    • Breathing and relaxation: Teaches deep breathing techniques to help manage stress, anxiety, and pain during labor.
    • Physical strength and stamina: Prepares the body for the physical demands of labor and delivery.
    • Pelvic floor health: Helps strengthen pelvic muscles, which are crucial for childbirth and recovery.
    • Mental clarity: Encourages mindfulness and relaxation, reducing pregnancy-related stress and enhancing emotional well-being.

Come as you are and connect with a community of local mamas in supporting the transformative journey of pregnancy into motherhood.

Designed for practitioners with some yoga experience, this small-group setting ensures you’ll receive personalized attention and adjustments that honor your body’s unique structure and needs. Move beyond the limitations of props alone and discover how skilled assists can help you find greater stability, length, and ease in your practice.

The workshop includes:

– Proper warm-up sequence
