Heated Yoga

Our heated yoga studio is heated with infrared heating panels. Unlike other heating methods, our system is comparable to practicing outdoors under the infrared warmth from the sun. There are many benefits to heated yoga that can only be achieved with infrared heat. Some of these benefits include:

  • Detoxifies the body due to accelerated sweating
  • Strengthens the immune system
  • Boosts metabolism for greater calorie burn and aids digestion
  • Can improve cardiovascular function

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is great for students who are new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentler practice.

This class offers simple flowing sequences and slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that connects movement to breath. In this intermediate class, students will experience moving from one posture to the next seamlessly. Vinyasa is a great way to increase mental focus, strength, flexibility and to create internal heat, leading to added cardiovascular benefits.

Yoga Tone

This class incorporates light weights and resistance with high-intensity cardio bursts. This intermediate class is for students who are ready to move, sweat and feel the burn!

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Heated Vinyasa Flow is an intermediate class taught in a heated studio heated. The benefits of this practice are to detoxify the body through sweating out toxins, increase flexibility, improve concentration, relieve stress and challenge the body both mentally and physically.

Heated Slow Flow

This practice is great for those who want moderate movement while adding a warm element to help detoxify the body. 

This class offers simple flowing sequences focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Somatic Yoga

Somatic yoga is a practice that emphasizes awareness, gentle movement, and mindfulness to help release tension and increase body awareness. It combines elements of yoga and somatic therapy, focusing on slow, conscious movements and deep breathing to reconnect the mind and body.
Unlike traditional yoga, which may focus on external postures or alignment, somatic yoga encourages a deeper internal experience, allowing individuals to tune into their physical sensations, uncover areas of chronic tension, and move in ways that foster healing and relaxation. It is particularly beneficial for those dealing with stress, injury, or chronic pain, as it promotes ease of movement and enhances body-mind integration.

Warm Yin

FLY Barre

FLY Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. This all-levels class incorporates multiple repetitions of small range movements. This practice is designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body while connecting to the breath.
