Heated Yoga
Our heated yoga studio is heated with infrared heating panels. Unlike other heating methods, our system is comparable to practicing outdoors under the infrared warmth from the sun. There are many benefits to heated yoga that can only be achieved with infrared heat. Some of these benefits include:

Slow Flow
Slow Flow is great for students who are new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentler practice.
This class offers simple flowing sequences and slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that connects movement to breath. In this intermediate class, students will experience moving from one posture to the next seamlessly. Vinyasa is a great way to increase mental focus, strength, flexibility and to create internal heat, leading to added cardiovascular benefits.
Yoga Tone
Yoga Tone torches calories by adding new challenges to traditional yoga.
This class incorporates light weights and resistance with high-intensity cardio bursts. This intermediate class is for students who are ready to move, sweat and feel the burn!
Heated Vinyasa Flow
Heated Vinyasa Flow is an intermediate class taught in a heated studio heated. The benefits of this practice are to detoxify the body through sweating out toxins, increase flexibility, improve concentration, relieve stress and challenge the body both mentally and physically.
Heated Slow Flow
Heated Slow Flow is an all-levels class taught in a warm studio.
This practice is great for those who want moderate movement while adding a warm element to help detoxify the body.
This class offers simple flowing sequences focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Zumba
Zumba is a dynamic and fun fitness program that combines dance and aerobic elements set to lively music. It incorporates various dance styles, such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, and hip-hop, creating an energetic workout that feels more like a party than a traditional exercise session. Zumba promotes cardiovascular health, improves coordination, and boosts mood, all while encouraging a sense of community. With its engaging atmosphere and vibrant music, Zumba is a great way to stay active while having a blast!
Warm Yin
Warm Yin is a quiet contemplative and passive form of yoga practiced in our heated studio. This practice works deeply into our body by holding asanas for a longer length of time. It targets our connective tissues and enhances energy flow. The art of Yin offers wonderful benefits both emotionally, mentally & physically.
FLY FIIT
FLY Barre
FLY Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. This all-levels class incorporates multiple repetitions of small range movements. This practice is designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body while connecting to the breath.
