I got to be part of a gentle flow class that Lindsay led, in addition to a grounding and aligning meditation that she guided us through, and all I can say is WOW!!! Her calming voice, detailed explanation of each position, and the pace of her flow were everything I needed.

At the beginning of the class, I was feeling overwhelmed and tight. By the end of her flow, I felt I had mental clarity and felt much lighter and looser. Her heart and love showed throughout the whole practice. I look forward to attending more of her classes and highly recommend them!!
